As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will help define and drive our automated test efforts and keep our platform running smoothly, with key responsibilities including: • Advancing automation efforts • Building and maintaining highly available systems across various production environments • Validating software releases • Debugging complex issues and performance problems throughout the stack • Helping to ensure that end users have a bug-free experience • Working closely with development teams and AI agents to help discover, triage, and debug issues, and consult on testing requirements • Champion Quality throughout our Organization and its deliverables

A Verus Specialist is a 40-hour-per-week position and reports to the Director of Account Management. The role of a Verus Specialist is to assist law enforcement in gathering information/ intelligence using the Verus system.

We're hiring a DevOps / SRE to deploy, operate, and harden the AI systems that support corrections operations and intelligence analysis. Our data scientists build LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, and ontology-driven analytics — your job is to make sure those systems run reliably, securely, and auditably in environments where uptime, data segregation, and chain-of-custody actually matter.
